I've read The Sense of an Ending more than once, and bits of the Aristotle. That's it.
I've read the Poetics, the Eagleton, and Stanley Fish. I feel so...uneducated.
I have read a few fragments of a couple of them, and will most likely not get around to reading any of them in full for years. Years i tell you!
